Sicuramente uno degli appartamenti con più personalità che abbiamo mai preso in gestione.
Tutto si può dire tranne che è il solito appartamento.

Originalità e un pizzico di follia si respirano al suo interno.

L'appartamento si trova al piano rialzato (l'edificio è di 1 piano) è dotato di aria condizionata canalizzata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffè e tutti gli accessori per andarci a vivere, insomma ti servono solo le valigie (e le lenzuola).

Composto da ingresso su disimpegno, soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto. Dalla zona giorno si accede al terrazzino, dotato di comode sedie per rilassarsi o di sgabelli per una birra al volo con gli amici.

Camera da letto con letto contenitore, armadio, e un'ampia finestra.
Bagno con vasca e sanitari.

Se stai tra i 6-12 mesi: Euro 800,00 + Euro 150,00 di spese condominiali. Utenze Escluse. Deposito cauzionale Euro 2.500,00.

Se stai tra i 3-6 mesi Euro 900,00 + Euro 150,00 di spese condominiali. Utenze Escluse. Deposito cauzionale Euro 2.000,00.

Se stai tra 1-3 mesi Euro 1.000,00 + Euro 150,00 di spese condominiali. Utenze Escluse. Deposito cauzionale Euro 1.500,00

UTENZE NON INCLUSE AL COSTO DI EURO 100,00 MENSILI.

Commissioni Luxò (sappiamo che è un tasto dolente), spiegazione semplice semplice:

Le commissioni sono del 15%+IVA del canone Lordo Annuo, tale percentuale viene calcolata solo sul periodo di permanenza.

Esempio: se stai 7 mesi paghi il canone " 6 e 12 mesi" : 800,00 + 150,00 di spese condominiali x 7 mesi = 6.650,00 x 15%+IVA = 1.216,95

Esempio: se stai 4 mesi paghi il canone "3 e 6 mesi" : 900,00 + 150,00 di spese condominiali x 4 mesi = 4.200 × 15%+IVA = 768,6

Esempio: se stai 2 mesi paghi il canone "1 e 3 mesi" : 1.000,00 + 150,00 di spese condominiali x 2 mesi = 2.300 × 15%+IVA = 420,90

Se vuoi 2 set di lenzuola e asciugamani sono al costo di Euro 40,00 una tantum.

- Luxò è una società di servizi che si occuperà di darti assistenza e manutenzione dell'immobile durante tutto il tuo pernottamento in casa.
- Esempio: La lavastoviglie non funziona più? come fai per ripararla nel modo più veloce possibile?
Semplice! Chiamo Luxò e la riparano loro, il tutto dentro al costo delle commissioni che ho pagato inizialmente

Luxò commissions (we know it’s a sore point), simple simple explanation:

The fees are 15%+VAT of the Gross Annual fee, this percentage is calculated only on the period of stay.

Example: if you stay 7 months you pay the rent " 6 and 12 months" : 800,00 + 150,00 of condominium fees x 7 months = 6,650.00 x 15%+VAT = 1,216.95
